When you join the waitlist, the future operator of Sideberry processes your email address, confirmation status, and the times you signed up and confirmed. The confirmation link contains a signed, time-limited token.

The product preview does not store Instagram content, media, analytics data or AI analyses. These notices must be updated before product access involves processing such data.

Your email address is used to confirm your registration, inform you about Sideberry's development and let you know when early access becomes available.

• Technical request and error information may be processed to protect the service and investigate problems.
• Unconfirmed addresses are not added to the product update mailing list.
• Every subsequent update email must include an option to unsubscribe.

Sideberry uses Cloudflare for hosting and API operations, a PostgreSQL database for confirmation status, and Resend for confirmation emails and mailing list management. Their infrastructure may process data outside your location. Contact the operator for information about applicable safeguards.

Confirmed waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unconfirmed entries may be removed after the confirmation link expires. Infrastructure and provider logs may have their own retention periods.

Your privacy rights depend on the operator's published jurisdiction and your location. Use the public contact address in the document details to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where these rights apply to you.
